Starting MAY 16th  I WILL NOT be keeping any type of normal business hours any longer.   Due to the fact that I cannot sell any NEW heaters after MAY 15th, I just cannot afford to be available like I have been over the past years.  I will be able to sell parts to you for the heaters that are out in the field.   HOWEVER I will not be selling NEW HEATERS any longer.   You can call the office number and the answering machine will give you instructions on getting in touch with me for parts.   After 29 years of serving great friends I guess the road has come to the end on new heaters.

May GOD bless you and keep you!

Scott Bradley

CALL SCOTT AT 417-581-7755

Remember it is easy for you to remember if we have talked before, not so easy for me because I have too many phone calls!

IF you are READY TO ORDER>>>  I will need all of this information:

1) Shipping address and phone number try to use a business to save you money! But remember....you need to have the stove condition checked out
BEFORE someone signs for it!  Once you sign it is yours.  Even if damaged and the box is perfect.  So pay attention.  Ask me about this when you get ready to order.

2) Your home address and phone number.

3) What do you want?  Right handed or Left handed heater?? extension?
4)  If I have all of that I can get your freight quote BEFORE we talk and save  you TIME and ME TIME!

Remember, once you have signed for your heater, you have released the trucking company from any liability on damage.  Please check your heater and heat duct before you sign.  We have not had much trouble for the amount of shipping we are doing........however I want you to realize I cannot do much to help you after you have signed the release.  Thanks
Heaters are available right now to be picked up here in Ozark. We also have heaters available to ship out immediately. Give me a call to get yours ordered.  Scott

Scott Bradley was born and raised in Ozark, Mo. Scott is a graduate of MSU in Springfield, Mo. with a degree in Agriculture.  Married to Tracey (29 yrs.)(Tracey feels like it has been 3x that long) and living on a cattle and alfalfa hay farm near Ozark.  Raising two daughters, keeps them both busy.  Scott and Tracey purchased a Lil'House heater for their old farm house in 1988, and about 27 years ago they purchased a modular home of approx. 1755 sq. ft.  With more time than money they decided to also heat the new home with a heater.  So, they kept the small 150 gallon propane tank to use for backup heat in the new home.  Scott being a "tight wad" (as Tracey says) fills the tank once a year maybe and that is all the propane they use. This will be our 28th winter of heating with a Lil'House heater.  Since removing the gas cook stove the propane tank has not been tapped in 5-6 years.  I did check to make sure the pilot light would stay on in the propane heater in the house.

Honesty is very important to the Bradley's and rest assured we will not "hang you out to dry" when thinking of purchasing a Lil'house heater.  With over 1500 units in the field Scott is familiar with the heaters operation and requirements. We are the number 1 dealer in the United States for the Lil'house heaters.  Customer service is also very important to Scott and he will go the distance to help you all he can. If it is a question about installation or general question he will answer it for you.  If  you want someone that wants to help you instead of just "selling something" Scott and Tracey are your kind of folks!

You’re welcome to come see our unit, but we request you make an appointment.

Live simply. Love generously. Care deeply. Speak kindly. Leave the rest to God!
